Attendees should plan to arrive at the hotel no later than 5pm on Thursday, February 20, and depart Sunday, February 23 after Breakfast.

Thursday, February 20

All Day:	Arrivals: The Chateaux Deer Valley check‑in time is 4pm. You should have pre-booked your rental equipment with the link provided. The rental shop is located in the lobby of The Chateaux. The shop closes at 6pm. The Park City location is located on the second level of the resort Center (look for the yellow awnings). Both locations offer free overnight storage and are open 8am–6pm. Upon check-in you will receive a code to activate the Chateaux Rides App in order for you to take their complimentary on-demand shuttle around town.
3:00pm–6:00pm	Après at St. Regis Vintage Room located at 2300 Deer Valley Drive East. You can take the hotel shuttle.
6:15pm:	Meet in the hotel lobby: Don’t forget your name badge! We are walking to dinner.
6:25pm:	Group Departs: Dress warmly! It is a 2-minute walk to Silver Lake Restaurant. The address: 7600 Royal St. #112.
6:30pm:	Dinner at the Silver Lake Restaurant
10:00pm:	Group Departs: Back to The Chateaux.

Friday, February 21

7:30am–9:00am:	Breakfast: Breakfast will be served in the Degas Room located on the conference level, one floor below the lobby. You can take the Main elevators.
9:00am:	Deer Valley Skiers: Meet outside of The Chateaux at the Sterling Lift. Walk past the roundabout where the busses drop off to a set of stairs. From there, head straight down the walk following the signs to the Sterling Lift. It is 623 feet from the front door to the lift. Park City Skiers: Meet outside of the hotel to take the shuttle.
12:30pm–1:30pm:	Skiers Lunch: Deer Valley: Meet for lunch at Empire Canyon Lodge located near the Montage at 9200 Marsac Avenue. Skiers can ski-in and non-skiers can take the shuttle. Park City: Meet for lunch at Cloud Dine located at the top of Dreamscape and Dreamcatcher lifts.
3:00pm–6:00pm:	Optional Après Ski: After skiing, we can all meet up at Chute 11 right outside of the Empire Canyon Lodge at 9200 Marsac Avenue. Skiers can ski-in and non-skiers can take the shuttle.
6:00pm:	Meet just outside of the Lobby: Don’t forget your name badge and coat! We are taking a bus to dinner with a short walk after departing the bus.
6:10pm	Group Departs The Chateaux Lobby: It is a 10‑minute ride to The Riverhorse on Main located at 540 Main St.
6:30pm:	Dinner at Riverhorse on Main

Saturday, February 22

7:30am–9:00am:

Breakfast: Breakfast will be served in the Degas Room located on the conference level, one floor below the lobby. You can take the Main elevators.

9:00am:	Deer Valley Skiers: Meet outside of The Chateaux at the Sterling Lift. It is 623 feet from the front door to the lift. Park City Skiers: Meet outside of The Chateaux to take the shuttle.
12:30pm–1:30pm:	Lunch: Deer Valley: Meet for lunch at Snow Park Lodge located mid‑mountain. Park City: Meet for lunch at Miners Camp located at the base of Silverlode lift and Quicksilver Gondola.

Evening Plans for Everyone:

3:00pm–6:00pm:	Optional Après Ski: After skiing, we can all meet back up at Goldener Hirsch Après for post-skiing cocktails. It is located directly across from The Chateaux.
6:30pm:	Reception: Located in the Impresssionist Foyer outside of the Degas Room. Don’t forget your name badge and ski themed t‑shirt!
7:00pm–10:00pm:	Dinner and Live Music: Celebrate 23 years of SkiFest!

Sunday, February 23

7:30am–9:00am:

A final group brunch. Breakfast: Breakfast will be served in the Degas Room located on the conference level, one floor below the lobby. You can take the Main elevators. Tearful goodbyes and safe travels everyone!
